Some of unsafe act are following .The knowledge of unsafe act help to take correct precaution against non-secure actions.So we must have knowledge about the unsafe acts.The Maine unsafe act are;

Making safety device inoperative.
Violation of safety rules and regulations.
unsafe loading,placing of things or equipments
Unsafe mixing of chemicals & materials
Wearing of defective personal protective equipments & not using PPE,s.
Doing unsafe act.
Smoking in prohibited areas.
Working with Alcohol,working with defective or damaged tools or equipment.
Operating machinery without permission.
Doing conflicting activities.
Unsafe lifting procedure carried by lifting operations.
The contributing factors to unsafe acts are;
Lack of effective supervision.
Inadequate safety instructions&Inadequate job instructions.
Lack of proper communication.
Lack of proper motivation of safety programmes .presence of environmental hazards. 
Unskilled employee doing skilled work.
More ever a very important thing is over confidence & negligence.
The last two is leading cause to unsafe act.So we must prevent unsafe activities & conditions.
