It is a human tendency to consider himself unfortunate for the all mishaps occuring againest his wishes even a person meet with an accident , he blames his destiny for the event .He consider it to be his fate certainly this should not be the attitude of a person living in an enviornmend .Accident do not happen they are caused The 98% of accident is caused by unsafe act or unsafe condition .Only 2% is caused by natural calamities (heavy storm, landscape,cyclon earth quack etc.).So we must find unsafe action and unsafe condition first then take correct and adiccate preventing mesures for remove unsafe act &condition. Leave with safety ,gain good life.
