Usage: PPE:
Eye protection :Safety goggle
Task: Grinding, sand blasting,power sawing,Laser exposure,chipping,gas cutting,Electric arc welding, welders helper,insulation spraying ,concrete work,chemical works,airborne object in shop,ceramic fibers .
Head protection : Safety helmets .
Hard hats must meet the international specification. class A or class B.Hand protection: Hand gloves.Wear appropriate gloves suitable for work.
Foot protection: Safety boot.
Select steel toed safety shoes and boots .Puncture proof soles ,non conductive for electrical shock.Rubber or synthetic footwear while working with chemicals, avoid leather around chemicals .Astatic free shoe designed to drain off static electricity may be needed around computers.Hearing protection: Ear plugs &ear muffs. Should keep the sound below 85 db.
Respiratory protective equipment: RPE shall be selected accordance with the requirements of the MSDs( material Safety Data Sheet).
Fall protection: Fall protection shall be used at unprotected elevations 1.8 meter and above .Fall protection shall be worn when working from a ladder if the height is more the three 3 meters.
